• Lead, motivate, and develop a crew that LOVES coming to work
• Maintain the high standards our customers expect — fast, friendly, accurate, every time
• Manage daily operations with confidence: scheduling, training, inventory, food costs, and more
• Keep the store running at top speed, even during peak rushes
• Create a positive, growth-minded culture where everyone feels supported and seen
• Deliver solutions, not excuses — you’re the one the team looks to
• Drive results through smart decision-making and exceptional leadership

WHAT WE OFFER
• $45,000 Base Salary + Monthly bonuses ($1,800 - $2,500)
