What You Will Do
• Lead the resolution of critical material shortages and supplier delivery issues to support production requirements.
• Ensure supplier commitments align with MRP requirements, Master Production Schedule (MPS), and required on-dock dates.
• Work closely with Production, Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Logistics to ensure material availability.
• Monitor supplier delivery performance, past-due orders, lead times, and delivery commitments.
• Develop and monitor supplier recovery plans to address delivery delays and material shortages.
• Identify and manage supply chain risks that may affect production and customer deliveries.
• Lead risk assessments for critical materials, single-source suppliers, and long-lead-time components.
• Drive inventory optimization through E&O reduction, MOQ management, and order adjustments.
• Lead discussions with suppliers and internal teams to resolve delivery, quality, and material issues.
• Support customer escalations by providing timely updates and recovery actions.
• Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, supplier requirements, and established processes.
• Promote accountability through timely follow-ups, issue escalation, and action tracking.
• Participate in EHS programs and proactively report workplace hazards and safety concerns.

Qualifications You Must Have
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Materials Planning, Supplier Management, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Experience handling supplier delivery issues, material shortages, and production-critical requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications We Prefer
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing or other highly regulated manufacturing industries.
• Background in supplier delivery management, material recovery, and production planning.
• Knowledge of MRP, MPS, OTD, inventory management, and supply chain performance metrics.
• Experience developing supplier recovery plans and managing supply chain risks.
• Knowledge of E&O reduction, MOQ optimization, and inventory rationalization.
• Experience leading cross-functional discussions and resolving complex operational issues.
• Strong project management and continuous improvement skills.
