At Jushi Holdings Inc. ”) (CSE: JUSH) (OTCQX: JUSHF), we are shaping the future of the cannabis industry, the fastest growing jobs sector in the U.S. The Director, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Company’s enterprise-wide environmental, health, and safety program across all operations, including Grower-Processor (GP)/cultivation and manufacturing facilities, retail dispensaries, and corporate office locations. In addition to enterprise EHS leadership, this role will have direct responsibility for the day-to-day operational oversight of the Company’s Virginia sites, partnering closely with Virginia leadership to ensure facilities operate safely, effectively, and in accordance with Company standards and operational priorities. This includes providing onsite leadership, coordinating cross-functional facility needs, driving accountability and follow-through, escalating operational risks, and ensuring issues impacting the successful operation of the sites are addressed timely. The Director will provide direct leadership and oversight to EHS team members supporting individual facilities and will partner closely with Operations, Retail, Human Resources, Legal, Facilities, Security, and other functional leaders to ensure EHS standards are integrated into day-to-day operations and future business growth. This role requires a highly visible, hands-on leader who can build a comprehensive, data-driven EHS program at the enterprise level while simultaneously providing strong operational leadership within Virginia. The successful leader will be equally comfortable developing enterprise strategy, walking a facility floor, identifying operational risks, holding leaders accountable, and coordinating resources to ensure the Virginia sites are positioned for continued growth.
