Bitfocus seeks experienced, mission-driven professionals to help administer and operate Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) implementations in Southern California.
Communities can end homelessness. Doing so requires a coordinated system in which homelessness is prevented whenever possible and, when it isn't, is rare, brief, and one-time. A well-run HMIS makes that possible: it's where providers coordinate care and the single source of truth for client data. Bitfocus builds and runs these systems for communities across the country, and we're expanding our Southern California team.

• Data Analysts and Reporting Specialists (HUD, State of California, and local reporting)
• Trainers and Help Desk/End-User Support Specialists
• Data Quality and Compliance Specialists

What you'll do (responsibilities vary by role)
• Configure and maintain HMIS workflows, assessments, and Coordinated Entry processes

• Track changes in local and national policy, practice, and program models, and recommend system responses
• Partner with government and community stakeholders to turn data into decisions
• Work with a cross-functional team to solve complex problems for system partners
