About the Role
General Medicine is hiring an Onboarding Associate to support clinician onboarding during a period of rapid growth. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role focused on making the transition from offer acceptance to first shift feel seamless — the kind of experience that sets the tone for everything a clinician does with us after.
Founded by the team behind PillPack (acquired by Amazon Health), General Medicine is a national, technology-enabled care delivery system built to make practicing medicine — and joining the team that practices it — as seamless as the best consumer experiences.
You'll own onboarding workflows end to end: guiding clinicians through documentation and system setup, keeping timelines on track, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks between offer and first structured clinical ramp. You'll partner closely with Recruiting, Clinical Operations, and People Operations to get there.
This role is ideal for someone highly organized, responsive, and motivated by giving clinicians a first impression worth remembering.

- Manage onboarding communications so clinicians always have clear timelines, expectations, and next steps
