About the role & team:

We’re seeking a diligent Corporate Tax Manager to manage key aspects of our global tax compliance and reporting. In this role, you will support US and U.S.-international income tax compliance, drive the end-to-end transfer pricing calculation process, and play a key role in the quarterly and annual tax provision process. You will work under the general guidance of the Director, Global Tax, and collaborate with teams across Finance, Legal, and Accounting, as well as external advisors. This position is ideal for a tax professional with broad experience who can apply advanced knowledge to solve complex issues, work independently on familiar tasks, and strengthen the team's efforts.

If you have extensive experience in managing and performing global tax compliance, a strong grasp of US tax laws, and exceptional problem-solving skills, we would be excited to connect with you!

Responsibilities:

US & International Compliance support:

• Coordinate U.S. and U.S.-International income tax compliance activities across jurisdictions, working closely with third-party providers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate filings

• Review and reconcile compliance outputs to tax provision calculations to ensure consistency in financial reporting

Transfer Pricing (TP):

• Support annual transfer pricing calculations, including coordination with external advisors and preparation of required supporting documentation

• Ensure TP inputs are aligned across provision, compliance, and financial reporting, identifying discrepancies and coordinating resolution with relevant stakeholders

Provision Support:

• Prepare and review provision schedules supporting quarterly and annual close processes

• Support the Director by preparing provision analyses and responding to auditor inquiries related to tax provision

Continuous Improvement and Projects:

• Support cross-functional tax projects such as process improvements, system implementations, audit readiness, and policy rollouts

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across tax workflows by identifying inefficiencies, enhancing documentation quality, and improving reporting accuracy and team execution

• Collaborate with senior tax leaders to translate business changes into required tax process updates, modeling assumptions, and supporting analyses

• Assist in preparing documentation for tax audits, inquiries, and internal control testing

• Manage day-to-day tax department operations including but not limited to calendar tracking, documentation workflows, and coordination of internal and external resources

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in corporate tax, tax operations, financial analysis, or related fields

• Proficient in Excel and financial modeling skills and willingness to learn new technologies

• Experience supporting tax provision cycles, compliance processes, and audits

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with precision and accountability

• Familiarity with tax control frameworks, documentation standards, and reporting requirements

• Exemplary organizational and communication skills with a forward-thinking and collaborative mindset

• Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize technical details for non-tax stakeholders

• Experience with tax provision software or ERP systems preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field

• CPA, MST, or equivalent certification a plus
