About the Role
Redhorse is seeking a high-leverage AI/ML Solutions Architect to serve as the senior technical resource for major Condition Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+) and Predictive Logistics initiatives supporting both the United States Air Force (USAF) and U.S. Army.
This role sits at the critical intersection of technical architecture, cross-functional program orchestration, and mission delivery. You will move complex AI-enabled work from concept to operational delivery, ensuring that technical execution remains tightly coupled with mission outcomes. As a senior leader, you will operate with high autonomy in a collaborative environment alongside top-tier domain SMEs and mission-driven data professionals.
Your success will be measured by your ability to multiply the impact of our team-of-teams through technical influence and strategic alignment, while building enduring technical trust with our stakeholders.
