Squishable is a close-knit team of designers, artists, pop-culture fanatics, and lovers of all things adorable. Together we create the cutest, cuddliest (and sometimes downright unusual) plush and lifestyle products in the world. WHO ARE WE?
We are Squishable! Products and people are at the core of why we do what we do every day — and our stores run on a stock room that works. Product where it should be, on the floor when customers want it, and a back-of-house the sales team can rely on. The Stock Lead is the person who makes that happen.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, methodical, and comfortable working independently at pace. They take ownership of the back of house, communicate clearly with the sales team and the Store Manager, and keep replenishment moving through the busiest days of the year.
What does a Seasonal Squishable Stock Lead do?
The Stock Lead is responsible for a clean, organized stock room and supports the sales floor by making sure effective replenishment practices are in place. The Stock Lead’s responsibilities include:
• Supporting the team with all back-of-house functions during the holiday season
• Ensuring products are easy to locate, neat, and organized at all times
• Planning and scheduling all incoming and outbound shipments
• Keeping product replenished and moving efficiently to support increased holiday traffic
• Performing opening and closing duties as assigned
• Adhering to all company policies, practices, and safety standards
Qualifications
• 1+ years of retail experience preferred
• Able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time-management and attention to detail
• Open availability throughout the holiday season, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak holiday dates
• Able to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods
• Must be 18 or older
Compensation
Pay rate is $17.00 per hour

Availability Requirements: Seasonal team members must have flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as these are some of our busiest times of the year.
